WATCH BRICS | 10 HORNS + 10 KINGS | NEW BABYLONYORK´S DOOM

THIS is an update on what we've been tracking over several years regarding BRICS and what looks very much like their description within scripture. I will touch on that in a bit for those that aren't aware. But for those that have been tracking this theory with me, here's the latest.

There was a BRICS summit in Brazil last weekend. The main focus here is to accurately identify this beast that Apostle John saw rising up out of the sea in Revelation 13:1–2. If you've followed the sequence of events of Revelation 12, then you're aware that there's a multipolar global power described as a beast that is soon to rise and challenge the hegemony of the unipolar global power described as a woman—Mystery Babylon.

We live within the expected time frame of this transition within scripture. The main takeaway from the BRICS summit is the confirmation of that member count—the count of the partner countries and their viewpoint on the two-state solution in Israel. I'm going to touch on how this relates to scripture and how we can verify when this part of biblical prophecy is fulfilled. As many of you know, one part of prophecy often connects to another.

So, let's get into this. The BRICS summit in Brazil confirmed the addition of Indonesia to the group as a full member. We saw this in January of this year, 2025. This brings the full member count to 10. Saudi Arabia still has not accepted membership into BRICS. Next, we see that Vietnam became a partner country on June 13th of 2025. This brings the partner countries count to 10.

When Apostle John sees this beast rise up out of the sea, and we understand the symbolism thereof, we see a 20-count grouping. As Revelation 13:1 says, this beast has seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns, ten crowns.

Check out what the symbolism means and then come back to finish this video. Let's break down the symbology because all of this represents groups of people and the land masses in which they live. The sea represents people. The beast represents people before it represents a single person. The seven heads represent the seven land masses upon which the people live. The ten horns represent the ten leaders of this rising multipolar group.

But wait, there's a reference to ten more within this group. Verse 2 points out BRICS—no doubt about it. But let's see how scripture helps us define these details of verse 1.

The Sea
Revelation 17:15 — The Apostle John says, "And he says unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues."
This is a reference to the unipolar world power that exists at the same time that this multipolar world power rises. The point here is that the waters and the sea represent people and multitudes and nations and tongues. So, this multipolar power rises up out of peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.

The Seven Heads
Revelation 17:9 — "And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth."

Now, some attribute this to the seven hills of Rome. But in context, this unipolar world power —symbolized as a woman, Mystery Babylon—is figuratively sitting on these mountains. These are, in fact, the seven continents of the world. These seven continents are above the waters like mountains —symbolically, heads. The land masses of the world, and this unipolar world power dominates it all.

The Ten Horns

Revelation 17:12–13 — "And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast."
These ten kings of this rising multipolar world power will receive new authority after the 11th horn rises to power—the son of perdition, also known as the Antichrist. He will then become the beast personified, as he will be in full power, full control for 42 months.

Now, I know that many focus on the ten horns of this group. Yet, the ten crowns upon the horns help to accurately identify this multipolar entity. The ten crowns are not horns, but they are associated with them—as scripture says, "upon his horns ten crowns." So BRICS has ten full members, which could represent the ten horns, and the associate partner countries could represent the ten crowns by association.

Let's look again at verse 2 of Revelation 13 for the description of this beast, then go to Daniel chapter 7, because I believe there's a clue there that tells us how to confirm when Revelation 13:1 is fulfilled.

Revelation 13:2 shares the description of this beast that Daniel confirms as a kingdom—a group of people. But here we see what it looks like. Here's what Apostle John says:

Revelation 13:2

"And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."

When we look at the national animals of countries, this becomes a bit easier to see. Some of the main countries of BRICS pop out right here. When we look at their national animals, there’s no tigers in the Bible, but it is “like unto a leopard.” The national animal of India in BRICS is the tiger—again, like unto a leopard. Then Apostle John says, “and his feet were as the feet of a bear.” Both China and Russia have bears as their national animals. Then Apostle John says, “and his mouth as the mouth of a lion.” Iran has a lion as their national animal.

So now we have a description of what this rising multipolar power looks like—BRICS—and what looks like ten horns and ten crowns.

But how do we know when this is, when Revelation chapter 13:1–2 are confirmed? Let's go to Daniel chapter 7. I believe that we can confirm this by what this beast does and the world’s reaction to it.

Daniel says it was dreadful—by definition, causing or involving great suffering, fear, or unhappiness; extremely bad or serious. This beast also devoured and broke in pieces. Whatever this is, we have not experienced this yet. We're on track, as Daniel 7:23 reminds us that the beast is a kingdom and that this devouring will involve the whole earth.

In addition, the 11th horn on this beast is the Antichrist, as you can read on in verses 25. Same as verses 7, 8, 20, and 21—matches with Revelation 13:5–7.

So at first glance, BRICS is a good candidate for this multipolar beast that ushers in the Antichrist, which confirms the covenant with many of Daniel 9:27. This brings us to the fact that BRICS supports a two-state solution there in Israel. If the BRICS count stays at 10, then I’d be expecting whatever event that causes that dread and devouring seen in Daniel 7.

Just to be clear, Mystery Babylon is still around at this point and afterwards, because we see the woman—Mystery Babylon—riding that same scarlet-colored beast in Revelation 17:3. Looks like two world powers symbolized there.

What many miss is that the sole purpose of this multipolar power — watch this now — is to destroy Mystery Babylon and to serve as that conduit through which the Antichrist rises. That’s it. Afterwards, he becomes that beast personified.

So these bits that we're tracking are but pixels within a larger picture. And that picture being that Jesus Christ is coming back. What we reviewed earlier are parts of prophecies concerning His disclosure, appearing, His coming, His revealing—the Revelation. This was shared with Apostle John, written in the book we call Revelation.

We live now within the transition. Note that the only prophecy fulfilled forward of Revelation 4 is that of Revelation 12:1–3. The world as a whole has not heeded the warning. Israel will enter into its 70th week, and the world as a whole will witness the rise of that multipolar global power that will destroy Mystery Babylon and also serve as that conduit for the Antichrist to rise through.

Folks have been waiting on a sign. God has been giving signs and fulfilling them since the day of Pentecost for this age. So now judgment is coming—as in the days of Noah and in the days of Lot. The world calls it doom, but the Lord sent the word that He will finish the transgression and to make an end of sins.

But glory to God, He has also made a reconciliation for iniquity—to make atonement for our sins, to pardon us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And here’s a first step into a walk with Jesus: Today is the day of salvation.

You can be prepared to meet God right now. You must believe in your heart that Jesus died for you on that cross. For we have all sinned and all fall short of the glory of God. For we all have a sin debt that we cannot pay. The wages of sin is death. So we must trust in what Jesus did for us up on that cross. We must believe it with our hearts and confess it with our mouths. Jesus was buried, and on the third day, God raised Him up.

2 Corinthians 5:17 — “Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
So just come as you are.

Look at this:

Titus 3:3–7 — “For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving diverse lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; that being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.”

We must use our remaining time wisely. Amen. Live holy before the Lord. Love y’all. Shalom.
